I created my own e-book with healthy recipes!
I was thinking how to make you happy and it occurred to me that I could create some exclusive content for those of you, who are as crazy about fit recipes as I am. And so my first e-book was created on the occasion of my twenty-third birthday. You will find 23 recipes without added sugar and with nice nutritional values.
What does the e-book contain?
The e-book is divided into 4 sections: breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts. You will find both savoury and sweet recipes there.
There are a total of 23 recipes - 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners and 6 desserts.
Nutritional information is listed for each recipe.
And where can you find the e-book?
After visiting my website, a pop-up window will pop up asking you to register, for which you will receive the e-book within 24 hours at the e-mail address you entered.
And all for free!
