Wholewheat little biscuits

19/12/2020

When we have Christmas, I'm adding a recipe for whole-grain quick and easy biscuits for creating for example wasp nests. Or maybe bee hives? What do you call it at home?

What you will need:

  • 30g xylitol/erythritol (or classic powdered sugar, but we are making fit version, no?)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g spelled flour
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites
  2. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt into the snow
  3. When the snow is almost hard, whisk in the sweetener
  4. Finally, lightly stir the egg yolks and flour into the snow
  5. Using a decorating bag, we create small circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
  6. Bake at 170 ° C until golden - be careful! (After cooling, the biscuits still harden slightly, so don't worry if they are softer when removed from the oven).

Let me know how you liked it!
